Why shift from dev to PM?

While I enjoyed building software, I realized I was equally passionate about understanding user needs, shaping product strategy, and driving business impact. As a developer, I focused on execution, but I wanted to be involved in the "why" and "what" behind products—prioritization, user experience, and market fit. Product management allows me to bridge technology and business, leveraging my technical expertise to build solutions that truly matter.
